#MinsGame : Developing Minimalism as a Habit

For the month of March, I'm challenging all of you to play The Minimalists 30-day Minimalism Game!

The rules are simple:

  1. On day one you will get rid of one item, on day two, two items, day three, three items, and so on. 
  2. Whether you choose to donate, sell, or throw away the item is your choice, but by the end of each day, the items need to be out of your house.  


Inspired by both The Minimalists and Minimal Wellness success with playing the game, I cannot wait to embark on this journey with you!

This game allows you to move through various places in your house and really determine whether the items in your house are necessary and purposeful.

Each day I will post on the @theminimalistcottage instagram account showing the items I am getting rid of, using #MinsGame to join all the other minimalists in this game!

Whether you choose to follow daily or just every now and then, I would love to see your progress! Be sure to use #MinsGame and tag @theminimalistcottage.
